Save any Claude or ChatGPT conversation as a PDF, Markdown, HTML, JSON, or plain-text file. One extension covers both assistants, and single-chat exports are free and unlimited in every format. The PDF is rendered by your own browser, so there is no daily quota and nothing is uploaded to a conversion service. The extension reads the conversation from the claude.ai or chatgpt.com session you are already signed in to. For PDF it opens your browser's print dialog with the export laid out and ready — you pick "Save as PDF" and choose where it goes. Click the "Export" button on the page, or the toolbar icon 3. Choose a format and export — paid users can tick "Include attachments" first. PDF opens your browser's print dialog, where you save it as a PDF; Markdown, HTML, JSON, and TXT download straight away There is no AI Chat Archive account to create — your usual Claude or ChatGPT sign-in is all you need. Once the extension is installed and allowed to run on the site, it starts automatically on claude.ai and chatgpt.com. For chat access and license validation: • Claude and ChatGPT — the extension reads your own conversations through your existing session, using the same APIs their web apps use, and downloads your attachments and AI-generated files from the file storage those services point it to • Polar (api.polar.sh) — validates your paid license key without receiving any conversation content Using the extension involves no analytics, no telemetry, and no separate AI Chat Archive account to sign in to.
