HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your API key - Click the extension icon and paste your Google AI Studio API key (free developer key) or OpenRouter API key. The provider is automatically detected based on the key prefix. 2. Configure preferences - Choose your Gemini model, add/remove top-level categories, adjust folder structure detail level, and toggle alphabetical sorting. 3. Organize bookmarks - Click "Organize My Bookmarks" or drag and drop an exported bookmarks.html file. 4. Two-phase AI processing - The extension first designs a clean, non-redundant folder schema from your entire collection to prevent duplicate/similar folders, then classifies each bookmark into its appropriate folder. FEATURES - Smart two-phase organization: Generates a unified folder schema that eliminates duplicate categories (e.g., no redundant "News" vs "Tech Articles" folders). - Flexible model options: Choose your preferred model including Gemini 3.5 Flash (best accuracy), 2.5 Pro, 2.5 Flash, or 3.1 Flash Lite. - Adjustable detail level: Control folder depth with options for Compact (0-5 subfolders per category), Balanced (5-10 subfolders), or Detailed (10+). - Optional alphabetical sorting: Automatically sort your bookmarks alphabetically inside folders, with an optional toggle to turn it off. - Customizable categories: Edit the 10 default top-level folders or add your own custom categories to match your workflow. - Dual modes: Organize bookmarks directly into a new dated folder under "Other Bookmarks" in Chrome, or upload/process an exported bookmarks.html file. - Non-destructive: Your original bookmarks are never moved or deleted; the extension creates a separate organized copy, letting you review changes before committing. - Favicon preservation: Embedded favicons are preserved in file mode (with intelligent memory budgeting for large files). - Professional, emoji-free UI: A clean, premium glassmorphic interface and terminal logs with all emojis removed for a professional look. - Persistent storage: Uses Chrome's unlimitedStorage API to cache category structures and organize thousands of bookmarks without running into local storage limits. - Fast batch processing: Handles large collections efficiently using concurrent classification workers. - Live progress tracking: Watch the schema generation, batch progress, and classification results unfold in real-time in the terminal window. - Theme support: Supports Light, Dark, and System preference themes with a seamless one-click switch. - Privacy-first design: Zero data tracking or external logging; your API keys, preferences, and bookmark data are processed directly through your browser and sent only to Google AI Studio or OpenRouter APIs.
