The Booke AI browser extension adds compact AI Bookkeeper status badges to bank feeds and reconciliation screens. Hover over a badge to understand the current status, or click it to open the related transaction in Booke AI. Track when AI Bookkeeper is: • waiting for categorization • waiting for clarification • waiting for a supporting document • waiting for review • waiting for export • waiting for reconciliation The extension also explains why a transaction is not currently being processed, for example: • the transaction is older than the automation start date • income or expense processing is disabled • the bank account is excluded from automation • the transaction is a transfer or already has a match The extension is read-only. It does not modify QuickBooks Online or Xero data and does not require a separate Booke AI sign-in. Using the extension requires an active Booke AI subscription for the connected business. Install it for every bookkeeper who works with a Booke AI-managed business.
