Overview

EU AI Act 2024/1689 compliance diagnostic. Detects AI chatbots, checks 7 articles, generates SHA-256 audit report.

AI Act Scan checks if a website complies with EU AI Act 2024/1689 (Regulation EU 2024/1689) for limited-risk AI systems such as chatbots and virtual assistants. When activated on a site, it automatically detects chatbot providers, reads the opening message, checks for AI transparency policies, and assesses the site sector. It then asks 5 operator questions and generates a compliance report for Articles 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 49 and 50. Each article receives an individual SHA-256 hash. The session report hash provides cryptographic proof that the audit existed on a specific date and has not been altered. OUTPUT: — JSON report with AI Card (Art. 13 compliant) — Gap resolution templates ready to use — Anonymous consent receipt (GDPR-safe, no personal data) — Local hash verification log IMPORTANT: This tool does not constitute certified legal advice and does not replace a qualified lawyer or compliance officer. Results depend on the accuracy of operator declarations. Developed by Sovereign Systems · Portugal EU AI Act deadline: August 2026
