AI-AC — AI Accessibility Checker

Per-disability accessibility checker for any site: WCAG rules for free, plus optional AI vision checks with your own key.

AI-AC checks any website for accessibility barriers and reports a score for each disability, not one flat list. Pick who you are checking for (blindness, low vision, colour blindness, motor, deaf/hard-of-hearing, cognitive) and get a focused report and grade for each. FREE, no account, no key: • Rules engine that runs entirely in your browser: contrast, alt text, labels, heading order, target size, captions and more, mapped to WCAG 2.2. • A per-disability score and a shareable full report (export JSON or PDF). OPTIONAL, bring your own AI key: • Add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible key in Settings to also run a screenshot-based "AI vision" pass. It catches what the DOM cannot prove: text baked into images, meaning by colour alone, reading order, tiny tap targets, and alt text that does not match the picture. • Your key is stored locally on your device and used only to call the provider you choose. AI checks are entirely opt-in. AI-AC is not a replacement for manual testing. Automated tools catch roughly a third of WCAG issues, so use it to triage fast and to understand how disabled users experience your pages.
