incognito dark mode

Hi,
I am running chrome in incognito by command line
"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --incognito

How can I add to the command line not open chrome in dark (black ) mode?

Font Too Dark

The font for Bookmark Folders in the bookmarks bar has become dark and blends in too much to be readable now.

not working as an extension

it installed it and used it as an extension.then i uninstalled it for a reason.then i again installed it but this time,it is only working as a theme,but i can not use it as an extension.
