Build healthier routines into your working day with simple, configurable wellbeing reminders. Wellness Nudge helps you remember to: • Rest your eyes and take regular screen breaks • Drink water throughout the day • Stand, stretch, exercise, or take a short walk • Consider a balanced snack when you are hungry PERSONALISED REMINDERS Choose the days and hours during which reminders should appear. Each reminder type can be enabled separately and assigned its own interval. QUICK NOTIFICATION ACTIONS Notifications include Done and Snooze actions, allowing you to record an activity or postpone the reminder without opening the extension. DAILY PROGRESS The toolbar popup shows your upcoming reminders and locally recorded activity counts for the current day. You can also log an activity directly from the popup. PAUSE AT ANY TIME Pause all reminders from the extension popup and resume them whenever you are ready.
