Choose the coaching tone and sensitivity that work for you. 🔒 Private, on-device analysis To provide focus coaching, Ahem locally processes page URLs, domains, titles, visible text, temporary screenshots, timing, scrolling, interaction counts, and your feedback. Page text and screenshots are analyzed on your device with Chrome's built-in AI and are not sent to Ahem's servers. Browsing history, attention insights, tasks, settings, mute choices, feedback, and personalization data are stored in your browser. If you choose Google sign-in, basic account and authentication information is handled by Google, Firebase, and Ahem's profile service. Ahem requires Chrome 148 or newer and access to Chrome's built-in AI model. Model availability depends on Chrome and your device.
