Exchange Services Not Working

None of the exchange services seem to be working at the moment. This is also happening with your BTC ticker extension as well.

Exchanges Not Working

Binance, Bitfinex, Bittrex, Hitbtc, Kraken are all not working - no pairs appear in list when selected (it's just blank). The only exchange that is working is Poloniex.

Error on Bitfinex

There is no ETH/USDT on Bitfinex so the price works, but the chart doesn't when choosing ETH/USDT on Bitfinex

Price no longer updating

Using Kraken ETH/EUR the price is stuck at 174.1euro. When I click it to open the graph, the price is currently 190. Only way ot update the price is to change the pair to something else then back again.
