Quickly import existing product documents into Aha! Knowledge

Aha! Knowledge is the AI-powered product information hub. You can create as many knowledge bases as you need to share important documents with customers and colleagues. Set the right level of access for each one — public, password-protected or singe sign-on — so people can easily get the answers they need. Use this Chrome extension to quickly import documents from your existing knowledge base into Aha! Knowledge (either as part of Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, or Aha! Develop or as a standalone account). The extension gathers the content that you want to import directly from your published knowledge base site — no matter whether it is public or private. * How to use the extension: * Go to the knowledge base that contains the documents you want to import via your Chrome browser * Open the Aha! Knowledge importer extension, connect to your Aha! account, and choose the destination workspace * Click Scan for pages to generate a list of pages that are available for import and select the one you want. Select Import to recreate the pages in your Aha! account. Your documents will be imported into a dedicated folder in the workspace that you selected and match the original formatting as closely as possible.
