Eggrafaki — Flat Notes for Bazaraki

Your property details, viewing plans and comments beside Bazaraki adverts, with optional Google Sheets sync.

Keep the information that matters to your flat search beside the original Bazaraki advert. Eggrafaki adds a personal notes panel to supported English-language Bazaraki advert pages. Choose which flats belong on your list, fill in missing details and keep your next steps in one place. • Save a flat explicitly with Add to my list. Opening an unsaved advert does not add or upload it. • Track price, bedrooms, bathrooms, energy class, new/resale status, title deed information and other property characteristics. • Correct a value using information from a seller or viewing, and keep its source. Add your own characteristics. • Keep viewing appointments, status, next actions and comments. • Remove a flat from your list and restore it later with its notes intact. • See advertised price changes observed while saved adverts are open or revisited. Earlier prices and closed-ad monitoring are not available. • Keep publication dates from available metadata, with clearly marked estimates when only relative wording is available. • Export and import your notes as a JSON backup. Your list works in your local Chrome profile without a Google account. Optionally connect Google to create a dedicated spreadsheet for your property details and notes. Share that spreadsheet with your partner and open it on your phone in Google Sheets. The spreadsheet includes sortable columns, filters, viewing plans and price history. Synchronization runs while desktop Chrome is open. Eggrafaki uses your property data only for these features. No advertising, analytics, or developer-operated data server. Google connection uses access to files created or used with the app, not all files in your Drive. Removing a flat hides it; retained notes and hidden spreadsheet records remain available for restoration. See the privacy policy for full deletion instructions. This is a desktop Chrome extension. Check extracted details with the seller; estimates and advert text may be incomplete or incorrect. Store screenshots use fictional sample property data. Eggrafaki is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bazaraki or Google.
