AgentHalo Web Bridge
Overview
Syncs Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini conversation activity with the AgentHalo desktop companion.
AgentHalo Web Bridge lets the AgentHalo desktop companion follow what you are doing in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini on the web. Without it, AgentHalo only sees the AI tools installed on your machine. With it, your companion also reacts while a browser tab is generating a reply, and the task appears in your list alongside everything else. HOW IT WORKS The extension watches a handful of interface signals that tell it whether a reply is currently being generated: whether the streaming attribute is set, whether a stop button is on screen, which icon the send button shows. It reports that state to the AgentHalo app over your own machine's loopback address. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not read your conversations. Your prompts, the model's replies, attachments and anything you type are never read and never transmitted. The only text it reads is the browser tab title, which becomes the task label so you can tell one task from another. It has no server of its own. The only address it can reach is 127.0.0.1, which is your own computer. There is no account, no analytics, and no data collection. REQUIREMENTS The AgentHalo desktop app must be running. The extension finds it automatically; there is nothing to configure. AgentHalo is open source under AGPL-3.0.
