View information about articles, and correct article indexing issues The Opoint browser extension helps Opoint customers check how news articles are indexed and quickly correct indexing issues. While browsing a news website covered by Opoint, you can use the extension to compare the current version of an article with the information stored in Opoint’s databases. This lets you quickly verify whether an article has been correctly indexed and whether the content saved by Opoint is up to date. If an article has been indexed incorrectly or has been missed entirely, you can submit the page for (re-)indexing directly through the extension. Issues that might otherwise require customer support can therefore be identified and resolved in just a few seconds. --- The Opoint browser extension is available exclusively to Opoint customers. A valid Opoint account is required to use the extension.
