Clears the Customer Responded flag in one click, and adds Scenarios, Edit and Delete to the Freshdesk ticket action bar.

Freshdesk marks a ticket "Customer Responded" whenever anyone other than the assignee updates it. There is no built-in way to clear that flag without replying, so after a few automated bounces and thank-you messages the flag stops meaning anything. This extension fixes that, and tidies up the ticket action bar while it is there. WHAT IT ADDS Mark as read - clears the Customer Responded flag in one click by running a Scenario Automation you create during setup. Scenarios, Edit and Delete - three actions Freshdesk buries in the three dots menu, promoted to buttons in the action bar. These open the real menu items, so Freshdesk's own confirmation and undo behaviour is unchanged. SETUP A three-step guide runs the first time you open a ticket. It walks you through creating the scenario, then detects its ID automatically when you run it once. Takes about two minutes. Creating the scenario requires Freshdesk administrator access. PRIVACY No account. No tracking. No analytics. No external servers. The extension makes no requests anywhere except to your own Freshdesk instance, using the session you are already signed in to.
