This is strictly for NCR Agents that work in a specific team, it is to allow ease of access to multiple e-mail escalation templates, Navigation links to the Oracle Knowledge base filtered in such a way to allow the users to search through them easily. It also provides multiple tools that agents can use to search the stores on their own and access the CRM easier in a more direct sense saving time and increasing productivity. It also features status monitor, CRM Note recovery, title matching for tickets. The purpose of this is to strictly increase productivity by reducing time spent shifting through 15/20 tabs. All customer sensitive information is obtained via fetch through a dedicated Sharepoint website that's only available via Login.
