Agent Continue schedules your own prompts in one existing ChatGPT or Your dot conversation on chatgpt.com. Start, pause, resume, and inspect a task without activating the target tab. Repeat one prompt, loop a queue, or run a queue once. Set an interval, quiet hours, optional stop markers, and a confirmed-send limit. The default repeats every 20 minutes; you can pause at any time. Import local text, Markdown, HTML, DOCX, or text-based PDF. Parsing takes place locally with bundled resources. Prompt text remains hidden until you choose to reveal it. Local templates and activity logs help manage repeated work. The interface defaults to English and includes an optional Simplified Chinese setting. Your language preference is stored locally; your prompts, imported content, and custom labels are not translated. Each attempt uses one submission mechanism. A matching new user-message marker is required for confirmation. Unknown results do not trigger an immediate retry, but a later attempt may occur after the normal interval. Pause and inspect uncertain results. Send once now submits a real message. Pausing cannot retract a message already dispatched. Your computer and browser must remain running, and the target must stay signed in and executable. Website updates, network failures, throttling, and sleeping pages can affect operation. The extension does not increase account quotas or guarantee model responses or task completion. No separate extension account, API key, developer backend, analytics telemetry, cloud synchronization, or online converter is used. When you authorize sending, your prompt is submitted to ChatGPT and handled under that service's policies. Local storage is not encrypted. Free and open source under the MIT license.
