Overview

Scrapes lead records from your lead inbox and sends them straight to your CRM — contact info, DOB, policy number, and more.

Apex CRM reads lead records already visible to a signed-in team member on our lead management platform — contact info, date of birth, policy number, affiliation, and other qualifying details — and sends them straight into the right CRM workspace. No manual copy-paste, no spreadsheets, no CSV files floating around. A CRM login is required to use it, and there's no way to export or extract lead data any other way. Internal tool — for our team's use only, not available to the public.
