KidStart prompt not working

Until a month or so ago the KidStart prompt worked. Just realised it no longer works. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but nothing happens. What do I have to do to get it to work?

reminder doesnt pop up on any website

using a mac with chrome and have no reminders- I've missed out on so many savings! please advise what to do

Doesn't pop up with reminder for Amazon

Going to amazon.co.uk and no pop up reminder appears. Works on wiggle.co.uk and tried restarting the browser but still no reminder.

xmas comp

I've just tried to enter the xmas comp on the KidStart website and it says that with Savings Prompt installed I'll see a clue at the top of the page, except I don't, which makes me think it's not working... !!

Cant download

I cant seem to download this app, not sure why? just keeps saying network failed. any ideas?

When I click to download this, I get the following message:

What exactly does this mean? What data?
