Overview

Write clinical notes directly into your EHR

Aflow helps clinicians create clinical notes directly from the Chrome side panel while working in supported EHRs. Clinicians can record a patient visit, review the generated note, edit structured sections, copy content, and push selected note sections back into supported EHR fields. Aflow also helps surface patient context such as recent notes, appointment details, care gaps, and HCC recapture information when available. The extension is designed for authenticated Aflow users and supported clinical workflows. It includes patient-context checks before writeback so clinicians can confirm they are working in the correct chart.
