Famulor Loop

Famulor Loop gives authenticated Famulor workspace members a focused browser softphone for business calls and the authorized AI agent history needed to follow up. - Place and receive workspace calls in Chrome - Search workspace knowledge during an active Loop call and open matching original passages in a larger window (when included in your workspace plan) - Get operational notifications for incoming, missed, or failed calls - Accept or decline an incoming call from notification actions when Chrome and the operating system expose them - Accept, decline, mute, use the keypad, and end calls from the side panel - Review authorized call and AI agent history - Keep an accepted call running while the side panel is closed - Open the Famulor dashboard only when more workspace controls are needed A Famulor account is required. Calling controls are available when Loop is enabled for the signed-in workspace; authorized History remains available when calling is not enabled. Microphone access is requested only after a clear disclosure and a user action. Famulor transmits live call audio to connect calls. The extension does not read browsing history, inspect websites, show advertising, or sell user data. Incoming-call signaling requires Chrome to be running, network connectivity, and a compatible workspace configuration. Visible browser alerts additionally depend on Chrome and operating-system notification settings.
