JobSaves keeps a clean, private record of your job search: every application, contact and interview, stored on your own computer. LOG FROM THE SIDE PANEL Click the JobSaves icon to open a side panel next to the job posting you're reading. Record the date, employer, job title, method of contact, outcome, interview stage, job link, notes and the resume you sent. Unsaved input is kept as a draft if you close the panel. SEE YOUR WHOLE SEARCH The full-page dashboard shows your weekly goal and a nine-week streak, follow-up nudges for applications that have gone quiet, and breakdowns of how you applied and what came back. JOB FLOW A flow diagram shows where your applications actually went: from Applied through screens and interview rounds to Offer, Accepted, Rejected, Withdrawn or Ghosted, with response, interview and offer rates. Filter by the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, or a single week. FILL FROM PAGE On a job post from a supported job board or company careers site, click Fill from page and the employer, job title and job link are filled in for you. JobSaves reads the page only when you click the button, and only on supported job sites. KEEP IT TIDY • Duplicate detection warns you before you log the same job twice, and an audit finds existing duplicates. • Export your log to CSV for spreadsheets. • Back up everything (resumes included) to a file and restore it on another computer. • Re-import an edited CSV to update the status of entries you already have.
