Send encrypted files and secrets, or request files, from your Gmail draft.

Secure file sharing from Gmail with AegisDrop. Open AegisDrop beside your Gmail draft, sign in to your AegisDrop account and create an encrypted file transfer. The extension inserts the resulting secure link into your draft so you can review and send the email yourself. AegisDrop reads the selected draft’s To, Cc and Bcc recipients to create and check the transfer. It inspects the draft locally to preserve existing message text and signatures, and only fills the subject when it is empty. It does not send your email. An AegisDrop account and an internet connection are required. Gmail integration is available on all AegisDrop user plans. Your plan’s charges and your organisation’s access and security policies apply. File contents are encrypted in the AegisDrop workspace before upload. Recipient addresses, account/session information and transfer metadata are also processed to provide the service. The extension retains scoped sign-in handles in browser session storage.
