I love this extension and use it everyday. However, it has not been loading properly for the last couple of weeks and can't access most of the links :( Happy to provide screenshots and browser details if helps. I hope it can get fixed, thanks.

This works well for switching between organizations and easily opening most of the experience cloud products. I found an issue in opening Adobe Launch, however, as I encounter a problem when switching between organizations. When I open my browser and click the Launch link for organization A (through the extension link), it opens up fine. When I switch to organization B in the extension and try to open Launch, it opens for organization A again. Is there any way for me to fix this? Is this a bu... Show more

Hi Kyle, Thank you for the question! The authentication method in Adobe Launch (and DTM) does not allow direct entrance to a certain organisation/ account as it supported in Analytics and Target, for example. There is no workaround for it at the moment. This extension makes the navigation easier but it does not solve all the challenges :)
