Norton Password Manager

I can't get help in fixing PW manager. I will lose all my passwords if I try to reset the password. Seems no one at Norton will help, Just a horrible experience with Norton.

This issue with the password has been frustrating me too! I noticed that the PW manager on my phone worked just fine without updating the password. So, when I tried it on my PC, I saw a link that said "Already using on mobile device". Clicked it, scanned the QR code with my phone and it updated my PC browser. Hopefully I won't have this problem again and now I know how to fix it if I do. Other than this issue, I find the PW manager great.

What heck is going on in there? Fix the password extension access asap! This aint no "improvement"

Doesn't work and everyone is complaining. Not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet.

Since Norton made changes, I found I couldn't get into my Password Manager yesterday, 19th Nov. Selected One time code, then change password and took a generated one. Today,20th Nov, when I went to pen N PWM, it still showed my 'old' password. Had to do a new one time code, then took a new Generated password. Updated my Norton PWM, with the new password for logon. IT worked. I am a BIG believer of the saying; 'IF it Works, DONTY change it.'

Really Norton? See all of these reviews here, and you still cannot make this extension work? Are you still counting on the same team to fix it? With Brave browser, even Firefox, it works, it doesn't work, click on the icon, does nothing, click again, opens, sign in to Norton, page to sign into vault doesn't appear, click on extension icon again, maybe it opens, maybe not, if it does, shows signed into Norton, but click to open vault, blank page appears spinning, maybe, until it goes away, rem... Norton Password manager no longer works for me in Google Chrome. It stopped 2-3 weeks ago.

I can not access my Norton Vault.

you can use Passwordless Vault Unlock² to access your vault even faster. no you cant i have lost my password and norton are as helpful as a chocolate teapot
