Extension not working

Hello,

I have tried multiple times to get the extension to show up, but I am still unable to get the extension to trigger. Is there something I am doing that is not allowing it to work?

Only worked like once

Then I uninstalled because I didn't need it anymore and when I suddenly needed it again, I reinstalled it and it wouldn't work. Weird.

why i can just cap one picture from 1 video

i dont understand like i can only cap one screenshot for each video? cause i cant click it twice or more in one video
