AdminFlow Connector bridges clinic management software and AdminFlow for clinic owners and administrators who need their clinic data flowing into analytics dashboards without manual CSV wrangling. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your AdminFlow account 2. Navigate to any report download in Jane App 3. The extension detects the CSV preview automatically 4. Patient data is stripped and pseudonymized locally in your browser 5. Only clean, de-identified analytics data is uploaded to AdminFlow FEATURES • Auto-detection — Recognizes Jane App CSV download previews instantly, no copy-paste needed • Upload queue — Captured reports queue in the side panel with real-time status (pending, uploading, completed, failed) • Retry & cancel — Failed uploads can be retried or cancelled directly from the queue • Data coverage dashboard — See which report types you've imported and identify date range gaps at a glance • Multi-clinic support — Administrators managing multiple clinics can switch between them without signing out • Duplicate protection — Reports already uploaded are detected and skipped automatically SUPPORTED REPORT TYPES • Appointment exports • Compensation reports • Sales reports • Transaction reports (payments, refunds, and fees) PRIVACY & SECURITY • Zero patient data transmitted — All personal health information (names, emails, phone numbers, notes) is stripped inside your browser before upload. The server never receives patient identifiers. • HMAC-SHA256 pseudonymization — Patient identifiers are converted to irreversible, one-way tokens using per-clinic cryptographic keys. Original identifiers never leave your browser. • Analytics allowlist — Only pre-approved analytical fields (dates, services, amounts, statuses) pass through.
