Overview
Click any image on a webpage and adjust its contrast with a slider — all processing stays in your browser
Adjust Image Contrast lets you boost or soften contrast on any image right on the page you’re viewing—no upload, no download, no new tab. Open the extension, click an image, and move the slider. Values above 100% increase punch; below 100% soften the look. Everything runs locally in your browser, so your photos never leave your device. Why install it? Because sometimes you only need a quick look: Does this product shot need more punch? Is the photo too harsh? Will this thumbnail still read if contrast is lower? Instead of saving the file, opening an editor, and exporting again, you get an instant on-page preview in seconds. How to use Open the extension popup and click “Start Selecting”. Hover over images (dashed outline appears). Click an image to select it. Drag the contrast slider (0%–200%; 100% = original). Press Esc or close the panel to exit. Ideal for designers, marketers, content reviewers, and anyone who wants a fast contrast check while browsing—lightweight, private, and built for the moment you need it.
