medicfw for Advantage

medicfw tools in the Advantage EMR: weight intake to HRT, telehealth Meet links, MediScrypt note push, and the GLP store cart.

medicfw for Advantage is an internal tool for staff of medicfw (Central Florida Wellness, LLC), which operates Medi-Weightloss® clinics in Florida and North Carolina. Clinic staff work in the Medi-Weightloss Advantage EMR (advantage.mediweightlossclinics.com), which has no API. This extension connects that EMR to the clinic's own medicfw web apps (glp.medicfw.com and hrt.medicfw.com) so staff don't have to retype information between them. It adds four tools, each of which only acts on the pages listed: • Weight Intake: on a patient's weight history page in Advantage, shows a "Sync to medicfw" button. When the staff member clicks it, the weight and body-composition rows on that page are sent to the clinic's medicfw HRT app. • Telehealth Meet Bridge: on an Advantage appointment set to Method = Virtual, the staff member clicks "Book Appointment"; medicfw HRT creates the Google Meet and the extension writes the join link into the appointment's Meeting Link field and saves it with Advantage's own Save button. On the schedule day view it marks virtual appointments that still need a link and keeps the medicfw telehealth schedule in step with Advantage. • MediScrypt Push: on an encounter's Weekly Chart and E&M pages, offers the clinician's approved MediScrypt visit note and inserts it into the note fields when they click "Insert into note", then marks the note as pushed. On the Visit Summary page it reads the vitals table (weight, BMI, body fat, pulse, blood pressure) so the clinician sees them in MediScrypt before the visit. • Advantage Cart: when a manager presses "Put in Advantage cart" on medicfw GLP's Orders to place page, the extension uses that person's own signed-in Advantage tab to tick Add to Cart and set quantities for the ordered items, then leaves them on View My Cart. It never checks out or removes items. Data goes only to medicfw's own servers over HTTPS, authenticated with each staff member's personal medicfw API key. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. The extension runs no remote code and has no analytics. Only medicfw staff can use it: every feature needs a medicfw.com staff account and an Advantage EMR clinic login. It is published privately to the medicfw.com Google Workspace domain.
