Hides your saved address, phone, email, name, and social handles on any page — encrypted locally for safe streaming.

Your address doesn't have to be on screen for long to be a problem. A tab left open on a delivery confirmation, an auto filled checkout page, an email preview in the corner of a window. One frame is enough. Address Guard hides your personal details on every page you open, before anyone sees them. WHAT IT HIDES You enter what you want protected, and it handles the rest: • Up to 3 addresses, with house number, street, city, state or province, and postal code • Up to 5 phone numbers • Up to 10 email addresses • Up to 3 names • Up to 5 social handles • Up to 10 custom words or phrases, for an employer, a school, a server name, or anything else Fill in only what you need. Anything left blank is ignored. IT CATCHES WHAT PAGES ACTUALLY PRINT Websites rarely write your details the way you typed them, so Address Guard doesn't expect them to: • Abbreviated streets. Street or St, Avenue or Ave, Boulevard or Blvd, plus dozens more • State names or their abbreviations, in either direction • Phone numbers with dashes, dots, brackets, spaces, or a country code • Postal codes from any country, not just US ZIP codes • Handles with or without the @ It also reaches places most extensions miss. Content inside embedded widgets and web components gets scanned. So does text sitting in form fields: an address autofilled into a checkout page is blurred too, and because the field's value is never actually changed, the page still submits exactly what you typed. BUILT FOR GOING LIVE STREAMING MODE One switch blocks every way of revealing your details, including entering the correct PIN. Turn it on before you go live and nothing can expose itself by accident. A LIVE COUNT The toolbar icon shows how many things are hidden on the page you're on. Not a vague "it's on", an actual number. INSTANT LOCK Ctrl+Shift+L clears it from memory from anywhere, without opening anything. NO FLASH ON LOAD Pages stay hidden until they've been checked, so nothing flickers on screen while something loads. VERIFY MODE Briefly reveal one item to confirm it's the right one. It's gated behind your PIN and re-hides itself automatically. YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER Everything you save is encrypted on your own device with a PIN you choose, either 4 or 6 digits. There is no account. No sign-in. No server. No analytics, no tracking, no third parties. Nothing is uploaded, and no copy of your data exists anywhere except your own machine. You also get a one-time recovery code in case you forget your PIN, and it locks itself automatically when you step away from your computer. Because the encryption is real, losing both your PIN and your recovery code means the data genuinely cannot be recovered, not by you and not by us. That is the honest tradeoff for it being properly encrypted rather than just hidden. ALSO INCLUDED • Turn individual categories on or off without deleting anything • Mark specific sites to never scan at all • "Only hide the complete address" and strict name matching, for when your city or first name is also an ordinary word • Choose how hidden text looks: labelled, a plain [hidden], or solid blocks • Encrypted backups you can export and drag back in on another computer • A built-in test page to confirm everything works before you go live • Report a bug or suggest a feature from inside the extension • Light, dark, and automatic themes WORTH KNOWING Address Guard works on text. An address inside a screenshot, a map image, or a video can't be detected. No tool can do that reliably, and it's better to know that up front than to assume you're covered.
