It worked fine until yesterday, now it no longer blocks YouTube ads

Doesn´t work in youtube

I've had this for almost a year & can honestly say its hit or miss with ad blocking. Sometimes it works fantastic and then the next day for whatever reason I'm bombarded with one ad after another. And support is worthless you have to jump through so many hoops before you actually get transferred & then the person is no help whatsoever. My subscription is almost over and I'm not renewing unless they improve on customer service
