not working on twitch, whenever the ads pop up alway the steam is frozen, and the page needs a new refresh the look at the twitch

as of september 10th 2024 this does not appear to be working any longer. Had been working but it looks like twitch has made some changes and this no longer works. Giving it a middle rating because I know it can work, its just not working right now.
