Overview
Block ads, trackers and miners. No acceptable ads, no telemetry, no account.
AdBlo blocks the junk. Then it fixes the fallout. The feature I actually built it for: when a site breaks, AdBlo turns filter layers off in halves and reloads, so nine possible culprits become about four questions. Then it names the one responsible and offers a one-click fix. Everyone with a blocker has spent twenty minutes toggling lists to find a broken checkout page. I got tired of that. A few other things: ⏸️ Pause with a real timer — 5 min, an hour, until the tab closes. With a countdown, so you stop accumulating a whitelist of sites you unblocked once in 2023. ⏱️ Time, not just counts — "4,612 blocked" is a statistic about my software. "19 hours" is a fact about your life. You set your own hourly rate; the money figure is an estimate and says so. 🚫 No acceptable ads. Not off by default — absent. Nobody pays to get through. What it can't do: if a streaming platform uses server-side ad insertion, the ad is spliced into the video before it reaches your browser — same segments, same servers as the show. No extension solves that. Not AdBlo, not uBlock Origin. I'd rather say so now than have you find out after installing. Happy to answer anything, including the awkward ones. What's the site that breaks worst for you with your current blocker? That's my roadmap.
