It doesn't block the ads, but it does fast forward through them. They only last maybe 5 seconds. It beats having to sit through them, and it definitely beats paying Amazon even more money, as though they aren't already making billions.

Worked well for some time, but I think maybe either Amazon or Google changed something, now the ads are just slightly accelerated for a few seconds before playing normally again. Really weird, I am honestly mad at Amazon for playing ads when I am already paying for the service.
