Overview
Clear intrusive ads, trackers, and pop-ups on streaming, download, and everyday browsing sites.
Ad Block Streaming helps reduce ads, trackers, and unwanted pop-ups on streaming sites, download pages, and everyday websites. Features: 🚫 Filters known advertising and tracking requests. 🪟 Closes recognised advertising pop-ups, with an option to reopen them once. 🎯 Lets you hide unwanted elements with the element picker. ⚙️ Offers per-site pause controls and your own allowed and blocked site lists. 🍪 Optionally hides supported cookie banners and attempts to reject non-essential cookies. ▶️ Offers optional YouTube ad blocking, off by default. Disable it if YouTube restricts playback. 📊 Shows local page-processing and blocked-pop-up counters. 🔧 It is not foolproof and does not remove 100% of ads. Some ads get through, and blocking can sometimes affect a website. I work hard every day to add new URLs to block and improve the rules. 🔎 Data collection, explained openly I’d rather disclose the details so you know what happens and why. The extension sends our service: 🆔 An installation identifier, extension version, sync details, installation campaign information, and hostnames of tabs open at installation. 🌐 A rolling record of approximately 50 visited domains and their visit counts, including paused or allowed sites. ⚙️ Your acceptable-ads preference, allowed and blocked sites, and custom hiding rules. These rules can contain page attributes or link addresses. 💻 Device fingerprint signals when the installation identifier is missing or needs migration: browser and hardware details, language, timezone, screen and battery information, and generated canvas and audio tests. These tests do not record your microphone or screenshot your pages. These records support filtering, installation recognition, settings recovery, usage analysis, and fraud prevention. Our service also receives your IP address when contacted. Selected records use Chrome sync; activity counters and the blocked-pop-up list stay in your browser. We work to limit identifying data and keep it secure, but records linked to an installation are not fully anonymous. Pausing blocking does not stop data collection. 💬 Keep this product free “Allow acceptable ads” is enabled by default. Some ads may be allowed, and I may receive a share of the revenue. This helps keep the product free forever. Turning this setting off requests stricter filtering at the next successful update. The product stays free either way. If you turn it off, spare a little thanks for the people who leave it on and help support it (づ ᴗ _ᴗ)づ♡ 📄 Privacy Policy https://adblockstreaming.com/privacy.html 📜 Terms: https://adblockstreaming.com/terms.html ✉️ Privacy questions and requests https://adblockstreaming.com/contact.html
