WHAT IT DOES • Instant glimpse card on any profile already in your CRM: who they are, whether their company is a client or a prospect, every active process they're in (search code + stage), and who on your team touched them last. • One-tap logging — Called / Emailed / LinkedIn message / Note — straight from the glimpse card, auto-attached to their active search. • Company pages too: open any linkedin.com/company/* page and see the account at a glance — client/prospect badge, open searches with in-play counts, candidates in process on their roles, people you already know there, and recent team activity. • Reads the LinkedIn profile you're viewing and writes it through to your Acuova Supabase CRM as a candidate row (name, title, current company, location, headline, connection state). • Shows a live dossier panel: who in your CRM has this person on a pipeline, what stage they're at, prior interactions, who they remind us of. • Logs multi-channel outreach as you do it: connection request, InMail, drip email, voicemail. Stamps each touchpoint with channel + direction + summary, and links to the active search. • Surfaces your active searches in a side panel so you can route any profile you're on to the right pipeline in one click. • 10-second toast undo on every save — accidental captures don't have to round-trip through the CRM to clean up. WHO IT'S FOR • Executive recruiters and sourcers running searches on Acuova. • An Acuova account is required — the extension authenticates against your existing browser session. If you haven't signed up, install the extension after you've created an Acuova account. DATA & PRIVACY • The extension only reads the LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/in/* profiles and linkedin.com/company/* pages) you are actively viewing, and only the fields rendered on that page: name, headline, title, current company, location, about, work history, skills, and connection status (profiles), or the company display name (company pages). It does not call any private LinkedIn API and does not collect data from pages you aren't viewing. • Captured profile data is transmitted over HTTPS to your own Acuova CRM (acuova.com), stored under your firm's control, and sent nowhere else — there is no third-party server, analytics, or telemetry. • Authentication is via your existing Acuova session cookie. No credentials, tokens, or LinkedIn passwords are stored or transmitted by the extension. • Acuova LinkedIn Logger's use of information received from LinkedIn adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. • See https://acuova.com/privacy for the full privacy policy. PERMISSIONS • "Read your data on LinkedIn" — required to read the profile page you're actively viewing. • "Read and change data on acuova.com" — required to send the captured profile to your CRM. • "Side panel" — opens the dossier UI alongside the LinkedIn page. • "Storage" — saves your Acuova API base URL + UI preferences.
