Turn Acumatica's field-level audit history into a plain-English timeline: who changed what, and when without leaving your browser. With field-level audit enabled, Acumatica's Audit History screen is complete and unreadable. Adding one line to a sales order writes around 200 columns, of which maybe eight mean anything to a person; the rest are derived totals, base-currency mirrors, validity flags and counters. Working out what actually happened means eyeballing red and green cell pairs across a dozen collapsed batches, newest first. This extension reads the same data and just tells you. FEATURES • Explain this history: one click produces a one-line overview, one bullet per business action, then the full chronological timeline underneath. Acumatica lists changes newest-first, which reads backwards; this reads forwards, the way it happened. • Plain English, not field names: "flagged line 1 for drop-ship purchasing (warehouse 14)" instead of eight columns of flags and counters. Every entry expands to the underlying field-level diff. • Signal over plumbing: internal counters, currency mirrors and validity flags are hidden behind a toggle. Nothing is ever discarded — only hidden. • Filter: type to answer "did anyone touch the unit cost?" without scrolling. It searches field names, old and new values, table and record labels, and the generated sentences. Commas mean "or", and punctuation is optional. It deliberately searches hidden system fields too, and tells you when the only match was one of those. • Copy summary: the same timeline as markdown, ready for a ticket or an email. • Copy for AI: a compact digest with the plumbing stripped out, prefixed with your own configurable prompt. Built-in presets included, from "explain what happened" to an internal-controls review. • Copy diagnostic dump: the raw acquired data plus which acquisition path was used, for filing a bug. • Complete, not just visible: the audit list is virtualized, so scraping the page alone silently truncates history. This reads Acumatica's own data instead, and says so plainly if anything could not be loaded rather than summarizing a partial history. • Works on older instances too: both the modern Audit History screen and the classic-UI audit window are supported, including correcting that window's timestamps. PRIVACY Nothing is collected, stored, or transmitted anywhere. All processing happens locally in your browser. The extension makes no network requests of any kind, it contacts no server, including the author's. The plain-English summary is generated entirely by rules bundled inside the extension; no AI service or external API is called. No analytics, no telemetry.
