)Overview
Creating actrict between youtube and your brain
What this extension basically does is, whenever you access youtube, it redirects you to a page where it asks you what are your goals with youtube, what you want to search and how much time would you like to spend. This basically acts in 3 ways to break your youtube addiction: 1. It basically removes the feed, because you are redirected to a different page 2. It makes you think about what you are doing, to access youtube, you need to write your goals first. 3. Then, it makes you search for something, so as to prevent you from wondering on the youtube feed. 4. And, to complete it all, it asks you how much time do you plan on spending, and when that timer finishes, it brings you back to the main page. Oh, and if you try to click on any recommended video it will bring you back to the page. This extension is basically made to create attrite between you and youtube, so yes, it is a little bit incovenient sometimes (E.g, when you're trying to actually do something productive on youtube), but if you have an addiction like I did have, this minor inconvenience will be a low price to pay when compared to the results. I basically created this extension to cure my addiction, and it did work. So, I decided to make it public, so other people can too. Hope it works out for you, farewell.
