ActivityVault for HubSpot exports notes, calls, emails, meetings and tasks from your CRM into a ZIP on your computer. Save a single contact, company or deal, or export activities for every record in a list. WHAT YOU GET • activities.csv: one row per activity, with titles, dates, owners, associated records and activity text. • Markdown: a readable timeline per record, with rich note HTML converted to Markdown and an index of exported records. • activities.json: exported activities with their raw properties for scripts, analysis and backups. • Choose activity types, an optional date range, and any combination of the three formats. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your own read-only HubSpot Service Key. Settings shows the required scopes and tests your connection. 2. Paste the key into Settings, then paste a record URL/ID or a list URL/ID on the Export page. 3. Choose your options and click Export ZIP. Works on HubSpot Free. Creating a Service Key requires Super Admin or Developer tools access; ask your account administrator if needed. Email bodies require the sales-email-read scope; list exports require crm.lists.read. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your HubSpot key stays stored in your browser profile and is sent only to api.hubapi.com for authenticated API requests. Remove it in Settings or revoke it in HubSpot at any time. • HubSpot activity data flows directly to your browser and is processed locally. We do not receive your CRM data or run an export server. • Read-only: ActivityVault does not create, edit or delete HubSpot records. API requests are paced, with automatic retries for temporary rate limits. • The bundled ExtensionPay library checks subscription status; checkout and payments are handled on ExtensionPay/Stripe pages. PRICING • Free: up to 25 activities per export, in all formats. • Pro: $12/month for unlimited activities per export, including whole lists. Cancel anytime. GOOD TO KNOW • Supports contacts, companies and deals, and lists of those record types. Tickets and custom objects are not supported. • Exports associated activities, not every rolled-up item displayed on a HubSpot timeline. Attachment file contents, call recordings and transcripts are not downloaded. • Large exports depend on your browser memory and HubSpot API limits. • CSV includes formula-prefix guards, but no spreadsheet-security guarantee.
