Thinking about buying an Early Access game? First, check whether the developers are still actively updating their game. This extension adds one small box to Steam Early Access store pages. It shows: - The update status: Actively updated, Recently updated, Slowing down, or No recent updates - How long ago the game last got an update - How consistently it's been updated over the past year, with a five-step meter - A link to the game's full update history on active.games The data comes from Steam's public update history and patch notes, checked every day by active.games. It's free, and it stays out of your way. There's no account, no popup, no settings, and no tracking. It only runs on store.steampowered.com game pages. If a game isn't listed on active.games, the extension adds nothing. Privacy: the extension doesn't collect any personal data. When you open a Steam game page, it asks active.games about that game's public Steam app ID, and keeps the answer on your device for up to 12 hours. More: https://active.games/extension
