Active-Page Utility
Overview
A Browser Extension that keeps user selected pages to always active.
Active-Page Utility helps keep selected web pages active when needed, using explicit user controls and visible status indicators. Use cases include: Long-running study tools and dashboards Web apps that pause when tab visibility changes Monitoring pages that require active session state Key Features & Controls: Fake Tab Focus: Spoofs visibility and focus state to prevent automatic pausing. Block Tab Switch Detection: Masks tracking-oriented events that detect when you leave a tab. Spoof Active Animations: Maintains visual framerates in the background. Prevent Timer Throttling: Uncaps background timers to prevent audio/websocket desyncs. Block Cursor Tracking: Blocks cursor tracking when leaving the viewport. Shield Page Handlers: Locks global event handlers from invasive checks. Block Tracking Events: Intercepts visibility/focus event listeners. Domain Import/Export: Backup and restore your whitelist with one click. What's new in v2.0.0: - Full Rewrite from ground up - Redesigned GUI to be consistent with my other projects - New animations throughout the UX - New Domain Import/Export with backup merge (you can now move your whitelist domains between devices) - Per-Domain profile finally fixed - Lots of bugs squished
