Overview
Opens ACM Digital Library papers in your browser's default PDF viewer instead of ACM's eReader, by rewriting epdf links to pdf.
When you're not signed in, the ACM Digital Library opens papers in its native pdf reader, which I don't prefer. Turns out the default pdf link is hidden, you just need to replace "epdf" with "pdf" in the url. This extension automates this. It runs only on dl.acm.org, collects no data, and requires no account or configuration. Just install and click the paper's PDF button. Happy reading!
