HELLO - Saleshandy has slow Chrome to a Crawl

How do I switch to email campaign

Please I mistakenly selected Email Productivity instead of Email Campaign. How I change to Email Campaign please which is the purpose I really sign up for.

Cannot access email tracking and app page

I'm unable to view any activity on my app page for Sales Handy. It just shows an error of "Something went wrong. Please refresh" and the issue remains despite refreshing, re-installing the app and trying everything else. I have already been billed for this month. Can you please help resolve this ASAP
