Ative opções de acessibilidade para qualquer site.

Atualmente no Brasil, apenas 0,74% dos sites brasileiros são completamente acessíveis. Pensando nisso, desenvolvi esta extensão para que a acessibilidade aumenta e o usuário(você) fique no controle, fazendo com que todos os sites fique o máximo acessível para suas necessidades. Além de dar incentivo as pessoas com deficiência (PCD), a intenção é mostrar que é possível fazer com que sites fiquem acessíveis. Espero que gostem e usem esta iniciativa. Vale lembrar que no Brasil está em vigor, desde 2015, a Lei Brasileira de Inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência (Lei 13.146) http://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_Ato2015-2018/2015/Lei/L13146.htm, que torna obrigatória a acessibilidade nos sites mantidos por empresas com sede ou representação comercial no Brasil ou por órgãos de governo.
