Overview

Capture job applications - the posting, your resume, and every answer you typed - into a local, private tracker.

Application Vault saves everything about a job application the moment you apply - the posting, the exact resume file you attached, and every answer you typed - into an editable, spreadsheet-style tracker. Job postings get deleted, submitted answers vanish, and you forget which resume version went where. This fixes that. Everything stays on your device. Application Vault makes zero network requests - there is no server, no account, and no analytics. Your job-search data never leaves your browser. HOW TO CAPTURE (4 steps) Open the extension on the application page and work through the steps in the popup. Each step grabs from whatever page you're currently on, so you can navigate between them - your progress is saved as a draft until you save. 1. Capture job description (if needed) - use this when the posting is on a different page than the form. If you skip it, the description is read from the page when you save. 2. Capture responses - click when you're done filling the form (works on read-only review pages too). Grabs your answers and detected resume. 3. Capture screenshot (if you want) - scroll to the section you want and capture it. Optional. 4. Click "Save to tracker" to save everything. Fast path: if it's all on one page, just click "Save to tracker" and it captures the responses and job description for you. TRACKER A spreadsheet-style table of every application: company, role, date, source, resume version, and response count, plus inline-editable status, notes, location, and salary. Location and salary are auto-filled from your answers when the form asked for them. Click any row for the full detail: job description, every question and answer, the screenshot, and a resume download. ANSWER BANK Search every answer you've ever typed across every application, with one-click copy - so you never rewrite "why do you want to work here" from scratch. EXPORT & GOOGLE SHEETS - Copy for Sheets: copies the table so you can paste it straight into a Google Sheet or Excel. - Export CSV: opens cleanly in Google Sheets / Excel. - Export JSON: full backup including resume files; Import JSON restores it (your device- migration path). PRIVACY BY DESIGN - Zero network requests. Nothing is ever sent anywhere. - Password and payment fields are never captured. - Works on the major job platforms and ATS review pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and custom ATS instances).
