Accord Sign – Online Contract Signing
Overview
Send contracts for online signatures. Track completion and download signed PDFs. Free beta. No signup required.
Send a link. Get your contract signed. Keep the completed PDF. Accord Sign helps freelancers and small businesses handle client agreements with less paperwork. Prepare a contract, share a signing link and follow its status from Chrome. Clients can review and sign in their browser without installing the extension or creating an account. PREPARE YOUR AGREEMENT Paste your contract text into a clean A4 editor, or start with the editable sample. Preview the layout as you work, expand the editing area and save reusable text templates for future clients. Print PDF saves a local copy through your browser. SEND A LINK FOR SIGNATURE Choose Send for signature and share the recipient signing link. Your client reviews the agreement, fills in their details, draws a signature and confirms their consent to sign electronically. TRACK AND DOWNLOAD Check Awaiting signature or Signed in the extension popup. Open My agreements to see results, revoke a pending signing link or delete an agreement. Both parties can download the completed PDF. It is generated and saved when signing is confirmed; repeat downloads return the same stored file. SIGNING RECEIPTS Newly signed agreements include a receipt in the signing results and at the end of the completed PDF. It records: - The agreement ID and signer-provided details. - Application-server UTC times for agreement creation and signing confirmation. - The exact electronic signing consent and its version. - SHA-256 fingerprints of the original and completed contract text. The completed PDF file fingerprint is also available in the results. Earlier completed PDFs stay unchanged. These records help you refer back to what was agreed and when signing was confirmed. Signer details are self-declared. The beta does not verify identity or email/phone ownership, provide independent certified timestamps, or use certificate-based digital signatures. Document fingerprints identify content; they do not prove who signed. KEEP YOUR MANAGEMENT ACCESS PRIVATE Your private management access is saved in your browser. Download its private backup before changing devices or clearing browser data. Anyone holding that backup can manage your agreements, so keep it for yourself. Send only the recipient signing link to your client. FREE BETA No registration or payment card is required. The beta includes 20 agreements per private workspace per UTC calendar month and 20 saved templates. Pending signing links expire after 14 days. Editing and local PDF printing remain available; daily anti-abuse limits also apply. DATA AND PRIVACY Sending uploads your agreement text and any enabled sender signature. Signing saves the recipient's name, ID/passport, email, phone, drawn signature, consent, signing receipt and completed PDF. Private management keys are hashed on the server. Accord Sign does not read unrelated browsing history or website contents and includes no advertising or analytics trackers. Questions or feedback? nddthafnh.kt@gmail.com
