I’m disabled, and need help to read. I'll just cut to the chase, I'll be reviewing facts not opinions. FYI, I can only understand English. Is it actually free: Yes Does it work?: Yes, very well. Hey Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to review! I just wanted to hop in here and touch on some of the points you brought up: - The amount of voices depend on the device you're using. Windows will have less voices than Mac for example which is why you're getting 25. - "The only thing for personalization is the speed" you must be referring to the Reading feature specially? There are 4 things to customize with the Text to Speech section - the Voice, Speed, and Highlight colours (Text + Background) if I remember correctly the voice should be the same for both sections. This extension is also no longer maintained because of the cost of development. This was started as a personal mission to help with digital accessibility, but unfortunately there likely won't be more updates. All the best, Ryan

Love this in Chrome as it makes my web-based work software much easier to read (I have retinal damage in both eyes caused by a brain tumor several years ago). I only wish it was also a Firefox extension as I use Firefox for almost all non-work internet stuffs, hence four stars.

Ah! Ah! It helped me a lot, let alone my father, who is 95 years old and has always had trouble with distraction on the page. Thanks to the ruler, he can now read the content freely.

Really useful tool, the dyslexia ruler is perfect for helping me read webpages. Just wish it had a shortcut so I could enable/disable it quicker but other than this it is brilliant! Thank you.
We're glad this is helping! We will add shortcuts in the next release. Thank you for your feedback!

Solved most of the problem of Chrome fonts recently started showing as a medium gray instead of black. On every webpage, without having to pay $5 to fix this bug. Thank you Thinkascend!

Super useful! Especially for a university student with dyslexia and ADHD. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
