Accent Letters

I was very hopeful in trying this out. I believe it will have some limited usefulness, for languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and possibly Polish, Romanian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian. (It doesn't have ß so you can't use it for German.)
