The extension worked and the workers were helpful, but I agree with one of the others its a little sketchy.

It was hard to understand.

This whole "AI" thing is absolute trash. For one, the only way to get the extension to work is to actually use the Edge browser and install this extension on Edge, tricking their own platform into thinking that you are using Chrome. This was done by their remote tech directly, and we had to reach out to them via chat because their phone number is basically a scam that doesn't go to anywhere.
