AbsoluteOne — Proposal Assist

Capture freelance jobs from Contra, PeoplePerHour & more into AbsoluteOne. Assist-only — you approve every send.

AbsoluteOne — Proposal Assist works on the freelance job page you're viewing. It captures that one job into your AbsoluteOne feed and drafts a grounded proposal for you to review. Nothing goes out until you send it yourself. ASSIST-ONLY • You review and submit every application. The extension never auto-applies and never submits for you. • It reads only the job page you have open, and only when you click. • It does not crawl, bulk-collect, or scrape listings. WHERE IT WORKS It works on job pages from supported freelance sites, including Upwork and Contra. See the full list at absoluteone.ai. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a job on a supported site. 2. Open the AbsoluteOne panel (toolbar icon or a customizable keyboard shortcut). 3. Capture the job to your feed and draft a proposal. The draft is anchored to the job's title, description and budget, plus what you've told AbsoluteOne about your work. 4. Edit it, then prefill the proposal box or copy it. You submit it on the platform yourself. GROUNDED Drafts use only the job and your own inputs. No invented metrics, results or claims. If there isn't enough to go on, AbsoluteOne tells you what to add. SETUP 1. Install the extension. 2. Create a free AbsoluteOne account (no credit card). 3. Open https://www.absoluteone.ai/connect while signed in to connect the extension in one click.
