AbroadStack Apply Assistant connects your AbroadStack application workspace to job application forms in your browser. Choose a saved resume or prepare a tailored version on AbroadStack. The assistant reads the application form you authorize and helps fill it using your saved profile and answers. Review or edit answers in the workspace, continue through supported application steps, and explicitly confirm final submission. The compact extension popup shows application progress and links to the corresponding conversation and hiring page. If a form expires, a control is unsupported, or the submission result is uncertain, the assistant pauses and lets you continue on the original site. Supports recognized application forms on Lever, Ashby, Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters, with limited assistance on other recognizable forms. Site behavior varies; not every form or attachment is supported. A hiring-site confirmation is required before an automatic result is recorded as successful. Manually reported results are recorded separately. Requires an AbroadStack account with browser-assisted applications enabled. Access is currently being rolled out to invited accounts. Installing the extension does not enable the service for an account that has not been invited. You can authorize the listed supported hiring sites together or allow only the current hiring site. Additional employer domains request permission separately when needed. Application questions and relevant saved profile facts are processed by AbroadStack and its configured AI providers to prepare answers. Selected answers and resumes are sent to the hiring site when filling or uploading; the site may save them before final submission.
